Reservation conditions
The reservation is made via the reservation module on our site or by email.
A 25% deposit must be paid upon booking, the balance on arrival.
For reservations by email, in order to validate the reservation, the deposit must be sent:
- Within 5 working days of registration when registration takes place more than a month before the reservation date.
- Immediately, when registration takes place less than a month before the reservation date.
After receiving your deposit, an e-mail will be sent to you to officially confirm your reservation.
All reservations at Wood'n Sea Lodge apply knowledge and acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.
Wood'n Sea Lodge cannot accommodate unaccompanied minors or pets.
Terms of cancelation
Any cancellation must take place:
- 30 days before the arrival date for the periods July-August and Pro France
- 15 days before for the periods of April-May -June and September-October (Excluding Pro-France and except for groups of more than 6 people or in case of privatization of the Lodge: the cancellation must take place more than 30 days before the date of arrival).
In the event of cancellation beyond these deadlines, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of no-show on the day of arrival or shortened stay, the entire stay will be due (except in cases of force majeure).
IMPORTANT: Check-ins are no longer guaranteed after 10 p.m. If your plane / train does not allow you to arrive at the Lodge before 10 p.m., we thank you for organizing your trip to arrive at the Lodge on D + 1. Indeed, a first night not made for late arrival cannot be refunded.
